Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: Orders will be fulfilled anywhere from 3 days to 1 week. Orders with preorder items will be shipped by end of August - early September to account for manufacturing times.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No. The current store is for US customers only. I periodically have a "International Store Opening" where I ship orders to non-US customers from Sweden.
Q: Can I get a refund/return my order?
A: Sorry, all sales are final. If there is a mistake or issue with your order, please fill out the contact form and I'll get back to you as soon as possible to help!
Q: Can you leave a note/sign my order?
A: I'm sorry, but this isn't possible since the orders are being fulfilled overseas by my partner! :(
Q: My order is missing items/got damaged in transit.
A: I'm sorry about the inconvenience! Please fill out the contact form and I'll get back to you as soon as possible to send you the right items or new ones!
Q: I messaged you on social media about my order but I didn't hear back!
A: If you have any questions or issues with your order please fill out the contact form on the site. Any DMs will likely get lost and won't be answered.
Q: Will you add X print/sticker to the store?
A: If the demand is high enough! Shoot a request at jadenvargenstore@gmail.com
Q: I saw you printed X print for a convention, why is it not for sale here?
A: The prints I sell at cons are exclusive to those conventions. The store is operating out of the US so there are different things stocked.
